The Managing Director

Neil Trask (BSc, MSc, MBA, MIEE) has been running his own business since 1998 and has been in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. He has experience in Telecommunications services and solutions to the SME market. He also has experience in a range of telemarketing and appointment making services for business advisors. He specialises in Telecommunications services, telemarketing and telesales programmes for business clients. Neil is also a provider of telecommunications services to both corporate and SME clients, including highly reliable communications services to businesses as well as IP Telephony, Mobiles, Non-Geographic Numbers and Office Systems.

Neil is currently offering expertise, advice and solutions to the SME sector in all aspects of telecommunications services. He has more recently started a successful tele-sales and tele-appointments service for IIB Associates and their clients. He is also developing a business services shop in Sudbury, promoting services such as mailboxes, utilities, couriers and call answering services. He has built up his business in the bustling town of Sudbury where he wishes to provide specialised and personal services to all small business owners.

The Team

We have a small, steadfast team who have been working for us since we opened in June of last year who have been generating quality
business appointments and telesales. They are all highly trained and motivated to market any product or service by telephone.

The Shop

We work in a Grade 2 listed building in North Street, Sudbury which is just a 2 minute walk away from the market centre. If you are in business or thinking of starting one, please feel free to drop by and have a chat with us!

The Company Mascot

We also have a small Jack Russell Terrier named Charlie who keeps things ticking over in the office. Pop by and see him!
